e-mail Subject: I oppose the tax hike technology

Honourable Member:

As an Argentine citizen I am writing to let you know that I categorically oppose the bill that promotes the increase of taxes on goods technology. Computers, cell phones and cameras are not luxury goods but are tools that we use daily for work, study, communicate, or just have fun.

I oppose the tax hike Technology because I want a country where the technology is for everyone and not for the few. This bill goes against global legislation that promotes easy access to technology and not vedarlo, or convert these assets into a privilege for few. A country in which computers are considered luxury goods is a country where digital literacy is not possible, and where a large segment of the population is excluded from the possibilities in terms of education, work, communication and entertainment they provide. request that you reconsider the real consequences that this bill will have. I am not interested to vote for candidates of parties that will increase taxes on PCs and mobile phones. Without access to technology in our country loses competitiveness, increasing the digital divide and restrict the possibilities of communication and spreading of the less privileged.
