The fifth edition of this exhibition is part of the activities prior to the commemoration of the Centennial VIII Battle of Las Navas de Tolosa and is dedicated to the "Taste of Frontier" with the intention of spreading the mixture of history and territory, heritage and nature, which is the food Jaen.
A prestigious group of restaurants in our province have drawn up their menus retrieving and updating the ancient recipes of Christians and Jews in Andalusian inhabited these regions, many of which remain popular even in the kitchen.
So the travelers visiting castles and museums and scenes of battle, their efforts will be rewarded with a tasting of viands revived by a team of cooks who love the history and tradition.
